Scrumptious Hush Puppies Recipe

Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour 1 c. plain flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 Large eggs 1/2 stick butter

2 (2") onions, minced 4 tbsp. sugar Healthy pinch of salt 1 stick celery, minced Add in beer till thick

Directions

1. Heat butter in small saucepan. Add in minced onions and celery; saute/fry till tender. Mix other ingredients, except beer. Blend in celery and onions; add in beer till thick. Heat deep fryer and cook till golden. Serves 4-6 people.
