Salsa Dip (Like Chi Chi's) Recipe

Ingredients
4 lg. tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. red onion, minced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper, minced or possibly almost 1/4 c. canned warm peppers, according to taste and hotness
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cilantro
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Juice of 1/2 fresh lime
2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon warm pepper sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients and refrigerateabout 2 hrs. Stores up to 1 week. Serve with Tortilla chips.
