Rockin' Shamrock Shake Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 medium kiwi
  • 1 large or 2 small bananas
  • 2 clementines, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 2-3 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 1-2 drops peppermint essential oil -OR- 1/2-1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • optional: 2-3 tablespoons sweetener (agave works great)

Rockin' Shamrock Shake Smoothie

Time: 5 minutes prep
Servings: 2
 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except sweetener in a blender. Process. Scrape sides, process again until very smooth.
  2. Taste and add sweetener if desired.
