  • 1 white Jiffy cake mix
  • 3 ounce instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can pie filling, flavor desired
  • 8 ounce Cold Whip

Directions

  1. Mix and bake Jiffy cake in 9"x13" pan. In bowl mix pudding with 1/2 cup lowfat milk, next, mix cream cheese and 1/2 cup lowfat milk. Mix together well and put on top of cooled cake. Top with pie filling. Then top with Cool Whip.
