Ingredients

  • 1 red Capsicum (flowers)
  • 1 green Capsicum (leaves)
  • 250g minced Pork
  • 2 tsp Pine nuts
  • 2 tsp Black bean paste
  • 1 tsp minced Ginger
  • ½ tsp minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Chinese wine
  • ½ tsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Marinade pork with bean paste, pepper & flour for an hour. Set aside.
  2. Wash Capsicum & remove seeds. Make flower & leaf patterns using moulds. Dice the remaining bell peppers.
  3. Heat oil & sauteed garlic & ginger. Add pork & stir-fry for about 3 mins. Put in diced Capsicums & half of Pine nuts, sesame oil, wine & continue cooking for another 2 mins.
  4. Dish pork into bowl & press hard. Overturn pork onto palate & top with remaining nuts. Decorate with flowers & leaves & you’re ready to impress your guests!
