  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. Sherry or possibly broth
  • 4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 dsh Red pepper sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Cool water
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Directions

  1. This is absolutely the best pork chop recipe I have ever had. I always make extra sauce 'cause it is so good.
  2. Brown chops. Remove from pan and add in garlic. Cook just till soft. Add in pork chops. Make sauce from sherry, soy sauce, brown sugar, oil and red pepper sauce. Pour over chops. Cover and let simmer for about 30 min, till chops are done. Remove chops from pan. Combine cornstarch and water and add in to sauce. Cook till thickened. Serve with noodle, rice or possibly couscous.
