Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan, medium high. Add pork and saute 5 min till lightly browned.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to pan. Saute till tender.
  3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, red pepper, hominy, tomatoes, and broth, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Server with a dollop of sour cream.

    My family likes to add bacon bit salad toppings to chilli when I make it. I thoght it was better without them. Delicious recipie. Will deffinatley make it again!!
