Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- Dash of salt
- 1 c. Cold Whip
- 3 sliced bananas
- 1 to 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 to 2 c. grapes, oranges or possibly cherries

Pineapple Marshmallow Salad
Servings: 6
Directions
- Drain pineapple well, saving juice. Beat egg in small pan and add in cornstarch, sugar, salt and pineapple juice plus sufficient water to make 1 c. liquid. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring till thick. Cold and add in reserved crushed pineapple, bananas, marshmallows and other fruit if you like. Mix in Cold Whip and chill.
