Ingredients
- 1 can sliced beets
- 1 3/4 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 10 to 12 Large eggs (hard-boiled)

Pickled Red Beet Eggs
Servings: 6
Directions
- Bring beet juice and water to a boil, add in sugar and vinegar then add in beets just to heat them. Don't let them boil with juice. Peel and add in hard-boiled Large eggs.
