Pickled Red Beet Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced beets
  • 1 3/4 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 10 to 12 Large eggs (hard-boiled)

Pickled Red Beet Eggs

Directions

  1. Bring beet juice and water to a boil, add in sugar and vinegar then add in beets just to heat them. Don't let them boil with juice. Peel and add in hard-boiled Large eggs.
