Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped, unpeeled apples
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 10" pie shell

Pecan, Apple & Raisin Pie
Time: 30 minutes prep, 45 minutes cook
Servings: 8
Directions
- With a mixer cream sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs singly while beating. Add flour, spices, salt and vanilla, beating well. By hand, stir in apples, raisins, and pecans. Pour into pie shell. (It looks like cake batter!)
- Bake 350°F for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool several hours before slicing.
