Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 3 ounce cream cheese
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. cream, whipped
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
Directions
- Mix together first 4 ingredients; put 1/3 of the mix in a 6x10-in.
- pan.
- Beat together the cream cheese, sugar and whipped cream.
- Spoon 1/2 of the cheese mix over crumbs. Spoon apple pie filling over cheese mix. Sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
- Mix together the powdered sugar and peanut butter.
- Put 2/3 of this mix over apples. Top with remaining cheese, remaining graham cracker crumbs, and remaining powdered sugar crumbs.
