Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cut off and throw away wing tip, cut the remaining wings in 2 parts and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Put together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken wings in a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 1 hour until well done and caramelized.
  5. If chicken starts to burn reduce heat.
