Ingredients

  • 4 c. Salted nuts (mixed or possibly all one kind)
  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 3 tsp Water
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 3 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat egg whites and water till frothy. Add in nuts and stir till all are coated. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over coated nuts. Bake on greased foil lined cookie sheet 25 to 30 min.
  2. Stir fre- quently. They should be dry when done. Break apart when cold and store in covered containers.
  3. Serves a crowd or possibly nice for packaging for gift giving.
