  • Sliced White Mushroom 2kg
  • Sliced Red Onion 500gr
  • Balsamic vinegar 1ltr
  • Olive Oil 200ml
  • Chopped Parsley 150gr
  • Salt and Pepper To taste

Mushroom and Balsamic Reduction

Time: 10 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook

Directions

  1. Heat a sauce pan.
  2. *Add sliced onion cook until soft and than add mushroom season with salt & pepper.
  3. *Simmer add balsamic vinegar Reduce for 10-15 minutes.
  4. * Remove to blender and blended .
  5. * Adjust the seasonal & Pour Parsley.
  6. * Cool it drown.
