Moist Simple Cupcake

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter(room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp butter(room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tnsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup of flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tps vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp milk

Moist Simple Cupcake

Time: 30 minutes prep, 20 minutes cook
Servings: 1 12
 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix in all ingredients except the milk in a bowl with a blender.
  3. Add the milk slowly
  4. Spread evenly in muffins trays which are lined with muffin papers.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops of the cupcakes are golden brown.
  6. Let the cupcakes cool before you begin to decorate

      Anne- 1 stick of butter = 8 tablespoons. or 1/2 cup measure in the United States.
