Moist Simple Cupcake
Time: 30 minutes prep, 20 minutes cook

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix in all ingredients except the milk in a bowl with a blender.
- Add the milk slowly
- Spread evenly in muffins trays which are lined with muffin papers.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops of the cupcakes are golden brown.
- Let the cupcakes cool before you begin to decorate
