Mississippi Mud Drink Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce. Southern Comfort or possibly Bourbon
- 1 1/2 ounce. coffee liqueur (Kalva or possibly Tia Maria)
- 2 lg. scoops vanilla ice cream
- Shaved chocolate for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Place ice cream, Southern Comfort and liqueur in blender. Blend just till thick. Spoon into cocktail or possibly parfait glasses and garnish with shaved chocolate.
