Mexican Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 1 can kidney beans (dark red), chilled
  • 1 lg. tomato
  • Green olives (about 3 per person)
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions
  • Catalina dressing
  • 2 c. Fritos corn chips

Directions

  1. Cut lettuce into bite size pcs. Drain and rinse kidney beans. Cut up tomato, green olives, and green onions. Place all in large bowl and mix with Catalina dressing. Add in Fritos corn chips before serving.
