- 1 Tbsp. Onion salt
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd basil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dry mustard pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd red pepper, (note: i adjust this up or possibly down for the audience)
- 1/2 Tbsp. Grnd black pepper
Directions
- Mix together and rub on meat a couple of hrs before cooking.
