Marinated Crawfish Tails

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. salad oil or possibly extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon capers and juice
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Thinly sliced lemon
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 3 pound boiled crawfish tails

Marinated Crawfish Tails

Directions

  1. Peel the crawfish and pour the marinade over the tails. They will keep well in the refrigerator. Use in crawfish salad. Serves 6.
