Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. salad oil or possibly extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 teaspoon capers and juice
- 2 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Thinly sliced lemon
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- 3 pound boiled crawfish tails

Marinated Crawfish Tails

Directions
- Peel the crawfish and pour the marinade over the tails. They will keep well in the refrigerator. Use in crawfish salad. Serves 6.
