Marinade For Grilled Pork Chops Recipe
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 4-6 pork chops
Directions
- Combine above ingredients. Pour over 4 to 6 pork chops, placed either in a large plastic bag or possibly pan with a cover. Marinate 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Grill chops about 10 min on each side.
