Maple syrup vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 tsp mustard de Dijon
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 6 tbsp white or dark balsamic vinagre
  • 1 cup hemp oil (healthier) or olive oil or canola oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic plus seasoning mix (Club House) or other garlic mixed seasonings of your choice

Maple syrup vinaigrette

Time: 2 minutes prep
Servings: 8
 

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in an electric blender and process until the ingredients are emulsified. Pour into a clear bottle and refrigerate until ready to serve. Will keep for at least a week in the refrigerator. Shake before serving on your favourite green salad.

This is my favourite vinaigrette or salad dressing. A sweet (but not too sweet), flavourful dressing for your favourite green salad. I usually add julienned carrots, julienned zucchini, sliced green onions, mesclun mix (various mixed greens), green olives with pimiento, cherry tomatoes, sliced strawberries. VoilĂ !
