  • Ripe mango
  • Green Jelly gulaman
  • Cream
  • Condensed Milk

Mango Pandan Dessert

Time: 15 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook
 
 

Directions

  1. To prepare the pandan gelatin, follow package direction and add a teaspoon of flavoring.
  2. When set, cut into cubes.
  3. Mix condensed milk, evaporated, milk, and sugar (optional).
  4. Add mangoes, and cubed gelatin.
  5. Adjust sweetness as desired.

This is a twist of the original Buco (Young coconut) Pandan recipe. I happen to have tasted the mango version in one of the catered events from my work and I thought I would replicate it. I did and it was a success!
