Made this last night for 6 kids; they loved it. I added salt liberally and a half teaspoon of cumin. Awesome! Thanks Carol!

March 8, 2007 - made this again tonight with the cumin and salt and the kids loved it. This dish is now in my rotation for kid's meals.

This was super easy to make and the consistency was great. Next time I think I would use two or three different cheeses.

I am also used to old fashioned mac & cheese. However, I also use butter and a little flour/corn starch and and bake it. I have read where they add bread crumbs or mustard or worcestershire sauce. I do like the mustard. I see that somebody added cumin and I am going to try that. You just can't beat the original recipes.
