Ingredients
- 200g pound cake
- 200g vanilla pudding (allready made)
- 3 shredded lemon rind (fresh)
- 5 teaspoons Limoncello
- chocolate topping

Directions
- 1.Cut in cubes the pound cake.
- 2.Mix vanilla pudding with lemon rind and Limoncello.
- 3.In bowls,in a tray,(what you like to use for desserts),lay a layer with pound cakes cubes,than one of pudding,make so,till you finish the cake and pudding,the last layer must be one with pound cake cubes.
- 4.Put a little on the fridhe,it is more refreshing so.
- 5.When you serve it put on top chocolate,caramel,or fruit topping,depend on your taste,and mint leafs.....
