Pillsbury has come out with several different cake and cookie mixes for summertime fun, such as: Key Lime, Pink Lemonade, Orangesicle Orange Creme, and Blue Raspberry. There are also frosting flavors to match.

I decided to add some key lime juice and fresh grated lime zest to the Key Lime cake batter. I thought the cupcakes tasted just like a Lime Margarita! The cupcakes were delicious, with a light lime flavor and had a refreshing taste. The perfect cupcake on a hot summer day~
