Lemon Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c fresh lemon juice
  • Rinds of lemons used for juice above, grated
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1.25 cups Nabisco Famous chocolate wafers, smashed to crumbs
  • 1.25 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter

Lemon Ice Cream Pie

Time: 5 minutes prep
 
 

Directions

  1. 1. Combine cookie crumb, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter.
  2. Press into pie pan and bake at 425 degrees for five minutes.
  3. Do not overbake!
  4. Mix lemon juice, lemon rind, remaining sugar (1 cup), and cream.
  5. Pour filling into crust and freeze
