Ingredients

• 12 cups plum tomatoes, cut into quarters (I use Roma)
• 1 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
• 1/2 - 1 Tbl kosher salt
• 1 tsp celery seed
• 1 tsp fennel seed
• 1 tsp mustard seed
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp ground allspice
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• Prep time: 20 mins Cook time: 2 hour Total time: 3 hour Yield: 6 half pint jars
