I got inspired one night at a party when they served jalapeno peppers. I loved the taste, hot, crunchy, creamy and spicy all good adjectives to describe a yummy appetizer. I started to think of what other dishes could you make with this combination of deliciousness. I came up with Jalapeno Popper Chicken - its soooo good!

Total Winner! The crunch from the panko coating, the ooey goey cheese and jalapenos - this one is packed with flavor and texture, tastes just like a jalpaeno popper!
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
