Impossible Ham And Broccoli Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 can Ham, liquid removed
  • 10 ounce Broccoli, frzn, rinsed and liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 c. Almonds, sliced
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400i F. Grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch fluted pie plate. Mix ham, broccoli and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients, except Savoury Topping, till smooth (15 seconds in blender or possibly 1 minute with beater). Pour into plate. Bake 20 min.
  2. For topping, mix Bisquick, almonds, Parmesan cheese and garlic pwdr. Cut in margarine.
  3. Sprinkle pie with topping. Bake till knife inserted in centre comes out clean, 15 to 20 min. Cold 5 min.
  4. NOTES : I used cubed fresh ham and fresh broccoli
