Holiday Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon orange flavoring
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond flavoring
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar; add in Large eggs, one at a time. Add in alternately lowfat sour cream and flour that has been sifted with soda. Add in flavoring. Bake in tube pan 1 1/2 hrs at 325 degrees.
