Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound white fish (haddock, scrod, sole)
  • 8 shrimp, cleaned
  • 1/2 c. Alfredo sauce (prepared)
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1/2 c. minced scallions

Directions

  1. Additions or possibly substitutions, lobster or possibly crabmeat.
  2. Before putting fish in baking dish spray with Pam. Arrange shrimp on fish. Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 20 to 25 min. Cooking time will vary according to thickness of fish. While fish is baking, heat Alfredo sauce, wine and scallions. When fish is done, pour sauce over fish and serve. Serves 2.
