Ingredients

  • 2 Big Potatoes
  • 2tbsps Butter
  • 2tbsps Olive oil
  • Pinch of Sea salt and Pepper to taste
  • Adjust accordingly

Healthy Baked Potatoes Madness

Time: 10 minutes prep, 40 minutes cook
 
 

Directions

  1. Clean potatoes under running water, leave skin on.
  2. Cut through each potatoes almost all the way through.
  3. Drizzle some butter, sea salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  4. *Place the butter on top evenly
  5. Bake at 425degrees for 40 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with spring onions before serving (optional)

      I bake potatoes this way sometimes too. I joke about it by calling them scalloped potatoes without the sauce. I'll also change up herbs depending on the main coarse.
