Hawaiian Baked Bean Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 (1 pound size) cans pork & beans, in tomato sauce
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce.) can pineapple chunks, liquid removed
- 1 tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 (12 ounce.) can lunch meat
- Whole cloves
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
Directions
- Turn beans into 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Stir in pineapple, onion and mustard. Cut lunch meat in one inch pcs. Stud each piece with one clove and place on beans. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 350 for 30 min uncovered.
