  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust
  • 1 teaspoon flour

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread the flour around bottom of pie crust. In medium sized bowl, combine half & half, Large eggs, mustard, and pepper; set aside. Layer ham, cheese, onion, and broccoli in pie crust-lined pan. Pour egg mix over top. Bake 40 to 50 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 5 min; cut into wedges. Garnish as desired. Chill any remaining quiche. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
  2. Frzn cut broccoli, thawed and well liquid removed, can be substituted for the fresh broccoli.
