- Tomato small dice 150g
- Onions, Brunoise 50g
- Garlic minced 10g
- Tabasco 6ml
- Salt To taste
- Pepper To taste

Directions
- cut avocado (cube half of it and the other half to be mashed)
- 2 drizzle lemon juice to prevent discoloration
- 3 mix tomato, onion and garlic mince
- 4 mix 6ml of Tabasco
- 5 season with salt and pepper
