Golf Balls Recipe
This is a fun and delecious treat for any holiday. I change the color of the white chocolate to match the holiday. My recomendation for the different colors is to buy it already the color you want it. It is very hard to mix it yourself. Also, I use Jif peanut butter.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Rice Krispy Cereal
- 1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cups Peanut Butter
- 12 Ounces White Chocolate, melted
Directions
- Mix rice krispy cereal, chocolate chips, powdered sugar and peanut butter together
- Roll into golf ball size balls
- Chill for half an hour in refrigerator
- Melt white chocolate in a double boiler
- Dip balls in melted chocolate until coated
- Refrigerate on a plate or cookie sheet until ready to serve
