Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked leftover mashed potatoes
- 2 minced fresh garlic cloves
- black pepper
- 16 ounces Sirloin Ground Beef
- one small onion
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 8 ounce frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

Garlic Mash with Beef & Vegetables
Time: 9 minutes prep, 20 minutes cook

Directions
- In a saute pan add diced onions, minced garlic on medium heat, add ground beef and cook through (remove any excess grease), add frozen vegetables lower heat and cook together several minutes
- In a stand mixer bowl add cooked mashed potatoes and minced garlic, whip together a few minutes
- transfer ground beef and vegetables into a baking dish, add mashed garlic potatoes on top of beef mixture in a single layer
- Place into a hot 375 F oven and bake 12 minutes
