Directions

  1. In a large Fry pan cook Bacon ,drain and crumble and set aside
  2. in the same pan with the drippings from the bacon add diced potatoes remove when crisp and golden ,and keep warm
  3. In a large bowl add mayo sour cream mustard ,sweet relish onionsmix well add potatoes mix gently add cheddar cheese hard boiled eggs and top with crumbled bacon..Serve warm or at room temp.
  4. Serve with Sliders ,hot dogs or Grilled Chicken ..yummy !!!
