French Dressing With Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 can tomato soup, undiluted 1 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr Tomatoes, cut into wedges Lettuce leaves

Directions

1. In a jar or possibly airtight container, place all ingredients except last two. Shake well. In a bowl, place tomatoes and sufficient dressing to cover. Let stand several hrs at room temperature. To serve, remove tomatoes from dressing with a slotted spoon; place on lettuce leaves. Drizzle with dressing.
2. Makes 3 c. dressing. Dressing can be stored in refrigerator for several weeks.
