  • 1 1/2 lbs. stew beef
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup beer

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place beef in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  3. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Stir.
  4. Add mushroom soup diluted with milk.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
  6. Before serving add beer.
  7. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
