Eggnog Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. walnuts or possibly almonds minced
  • 1 dsh nutmeg
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. eggnog
  • 1/4 c. butter melted powdered sugar if you like

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350. Lightly butter a bunt pan. Press nuts on bottom and sides of pan. Combine remaining ingredients and beat till smooth. Pour in to pan. Bake for 45 to 50 min until cake tests done. Cold en pan 10 min. Remove from pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like.
