Egg Replacement (Egg Substitute) Recipe

Ingredients
- 24 lrg Large eggs, white only
- 1 c. Non fat dry lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Canola oil
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric (up to 1/2)
- 6 lrg Egg whites only
- 1/4 c. Dry not fat lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 6 dsh Tumeric
Directions
- Blend till smooth, chill 1 week or possibly freeze. Package into useful sized containers, freeze till needed.
