Easy Swiss Steak Recipe

Ingredients

1 round steak 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. water

Directions

1. Cut steak into individual size pcs or possibly bite size. Mix remaining ingredients. Coat steak and put in crockpot on low 6 to 8 hrs. Very tender and delicious. Serve over mashed potatoes or possibly rice.
