Ingredients

  • 16 lg. mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. frzn spinach souffle, thawed
  • 8 teaspoon grated Cheddar cheese
  • Paprika

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut out stems of mushrooms (save for future use). Heat butter in medium size skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Place mushrooms in skillet cavity side down and cook till lightly browned, about 2-3 min, turning once.
  2. Place mushrooms cavity side up in a baking pan, fill each with 1 rounded Tbsp. of souffle, top with 1/2 tsp. cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 20 min or possibly till souffle filling is puffy and set, about 20 min.
