Directions

  1. Brown pork, onions, and celery in 3 Tbsp. of soy sauce. Cover and cook on medium heat till celery is tender. Drain 1 can of bean sprouts, discarding this liquid. Retain the liquid with the other can and add in both cans to the pork mix, cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. Thicken mix with cornstarch and serve over rice. Season with soy sauce. A good warm winter dish.
