Dulce de Leche Creme Caramel Recipe

- 1 1/4 cups milk (pref. whole milk)
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- large saucepan or kettle of hot water
- Add the hot milk a few tablespoons at a time to ensure that you donât curdle
