Ingredients

  • 2 x Or possibly
  • 3 slc Fresh ginger root
  • 3 x Or possibly
  • 4 Tbsp. Soy sauce

Directions

  1. Mince ginger root; then blend well with soy sauce.
  2. Serve in a dip dish.
  3. NOTE: This dip is also used with deep-fried shrimp.
  4. VARIATION: For the ginger root, substitute any of the following: 1 scallion stalk, chopped; 1 garlic clove, crushed; or possibly 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard.
