A great combo of bbq sauce, chicken and veggies.
This one goes really well. Top Seller all the Time,
We use a home made Balsamic bbq sauce. I'll post that recipe eventaully

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken Breasts
  • 8 pieces of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded marble Cheese
  • 8 large tomato slices
  • 1 each Small Red and Green Pepper. Sliced
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped Green Onion

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Heat a large pan, When hot, Add a shot of Oil. then begin to cook chicken. When it's about halfway done. heat another pan, sautee your peppers and cook the bacon, empty out pan and set aside. then lightly grill the tomato slices. Now the chicken should be done.
  2. Move the 4 chicken breasts to a cookie sheet. Place chicken on the Cookie sheet. Then Brush or pour the bbq sauce onto all the chicken, Next put the peppers on in a single layer on each chicken, then put two tomatoes on each chicken breast then two slices of bacon each. Top each with Cheese then put green onions on each one. Put into the oven for 15 Minutes or til the Cheese Is Melted.
  3. Serve then Enjoy
