Cucumber Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta (used the flavored varieties if you like)
  • 1/2 English cucumber-diced very fine
  • 1/2 green onion-finely diced
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste (I found I needed more after letting it sit)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta (used the flavored varieties if you like)
  • 1/2 English cucumber-diced very fine
  • 1/2 green onion-finely diced
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste (I found I needed more after letting it sit)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend. Serve on gyros or as a dip with chips, pita chips or anything else you have on hand
