Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 sticks butter, softened (1 1/2 cups)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients till well blended.
  2. Pour into bundt pan.
  3. Bake @ 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

So simple and easy to prepare, but SO good. A simple powdered sugar glaze makes a wonderful addition ... any prepared frosting may be heated and drizzled over top of cake, as well sifting powdered sugar to cover.
